3G instruction

3G rules in the workplace

With the new Infection Protection Act, extended rules apply in the workplace. The aim is to slow down the spread of the pandemic. Access to the workplace is only permitted to employees with 3G status, i.e. they must be vaccinated against the coronavirus, have recovered or tested negative. The employer is obliged to check the relevant evidence before entering the workplace. This is stipulated in the new Infection Protection Act, which came into force on November 24.

Mandatory certificates and daily tests for employees

The following applies to all employees:
Present proof at the entrance and upload the test result online every day before starting work!

Data on vaccination, recovery or testing status may be documented by employers. This should help to plan work processes better and adapt operational hygiene concepts more easily. However, the data may not be stored long-term.

Employees who do not present proof of 3G may not be granted access to the workplace and therefore cannot perform their work at the workplace. As a result, the entitlement to wages is generally lost. The rule here is: no work – no pay. In addition to loss of pay, further sanctions may be considered, such as the issuing of a warning or even dismissal. Of course, terminations in particular are still subject to the previous conditions for validity.

The test result must be submitted to the employer online on Coronatest before starting work. If you have been vaccinated, you must present your vaccination card in the vaccination certificate section.

Anyone wishing to enter the company premises must present proof of their vaccination or recovery status or a current negative test. Exceptions only apply if a test or vaccination offer is made directly on site. Violations are punishable by fines for employers and employees and can have consequences for employees under labor law.

Franke Kitchen Systems

I wanted to thank you for the great service at the Living Kitchen. It was a really excellent meal and the wines were fabulous – superbly selected!

Besides, I can’t tell you how fantastic the dessert cake was and also the presentation.

Perhaps I could have chosen 2-3 more variations of food, because the gentlemen were really hungry, but I know that now for the next time :-).

All in all, I would just like to let you know that it was an all-round successful event and that you and your team did an excellent job.

Gladly again in the future!
